Plum Tarragon
This is the favorite flavor of Kissel’s Spiced Jam Co-Founder, Ben Shelton (largely because he came up with it himself). A fruit and spice combination that commonly occurs in red wines, Italian prune plums from Oregon blend with fresh tarragon to create what is possibly the most sophisticated Spiced Jam of the product line. And for customers who eat any type of bleu cheese, our Plum Tarragon Spiced Jam is a “must” as an accompaniment…a combination so uniquely delicious, you’ll wish you never knew about it.
